OUR EXPERIENCE WITH SALESFORCE.ORG EDUCATION CLOUD
At S4G we have extensive experience in the Non-Profit and education sector, which has allowed us to work with relevant international educational institutions such as ESIC, University of Navarra, Villanueva University, Pompeu Fabra University, ESCI and African Leadership University (ALU).
In the case of ESIC Business School the implementation of EDA was carried out to improve the recruitment of new students and facilitate the admissions process. Along with other Salesforce CRM tools for education, this helped to increase enrollment by 60% by 2020 and to manage nearly 200,000 applicants.
On the other hand, the success story of ESCI, a university center belonging to the Pompeu Fabra University, was based on the successful implementation of Salesforce EDA, which allowed ESCI to segment its database for mass mailings, introduce a Salesforce connector for Gmail and create reports to track students.
