OUR EXPERIENCE WITH FIELD SERVICE

At S4G we have extensive experience working with companies of the transportation and manufacturing industries and within the services sector, often working with teams of field agents. In order to help these companies resolve their challenges, on many occasions we’ve implemented Salesforce Field Service, as was the case with the Spanish company Sedecal.

The company, specialized in design and manufacturing of medical equipment, needed to provide a tool to its field technicians that would facilitate their work when they visited customers. For this purpose, SFS was implemented on Service Cloud, achieving a significant improvement of processes and increased efficiency of their teams’ work.
