As is the case for profit-driven private enterprise, social organizations also face the challenge to attract new members, build loyalty among existing ones and improve the efficiency of their campaigns, especially as the pandemic has taken recruiters off the streets. NGOs and foundations need to continue to interact with their members and their potential new benefactors, who are no longer satisfied with just making a one-off donation, but are looking to get involved and feel part of a cause. Leveraging digital fundraising

According to a survey by the Spanish Fundraising Association, the Third Sector has set digitalization as a priority for the coming months (82%), followed by security (79%), innovation (78%) and marketing to improve fundraising (72%).
