I have over 19 years experience in the IT industry, 18 of them in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) area. I am extremely passionate about helping our customers improve their operations, increase their sales, customer support & team performance and in general, become leaner organizations.

Having worked with several technologies over the years: Vantive, Remedy, Clarify & Salesforce, I have had the opportunity to work with very large organizations, both in Spain and in the UK (+4 years), optimize their processes and help transform them.

In 2008, along with other Partners, we established S4G Consulting, with the vision to help companies improve their sales and customer relationships using the best possible tool in the market: Salesforce. Since then we have worked with over 300 companies to implement their CRM solution and as of early 2018, S4G Consulting is amongst the Top 10 Salesforce Platinum Partners worldwide on customer rating, which is testimony to our growth & commitment to customer success, our top 1 priority.

I have over 20 years of experience in the world of applied technologies to businesses, in Sales, Marketing and Business Development management roles. I’m an industrial engineer and MBA by the IE.
My passion is to create and develop businesses and I like competing in growing markets where technological innovation is key.

I have worked in big multinational software corporations (like Microsoft), Telecom (like BT) and I have created and contributed to the development of spanish technology companies.
I joined S4G to lead the sales area in a leading Salesforce Solutions company to collaborate on its expansion and growth.

I am convinced that from an innovating, dynamic and reliable organization it is possible to give the best of services to businesses to help them to be more competitive and improve their business processes.

I am an Economist with 35 years of experience working in the Technology Industry. I have developed my professional career in IBM with experience in the management of Product and Market Units, in local, regional, and global environments.

I'm now joining S4G Consulting, fascinated by a project that integrates an attractive mix of agile and creative entrepreneurship, blended with the maturity and solidity of an expert company in its sector, in which it already operates as a well situated and recognized leader. The S4G team is top in the Industry and its business expansion plan is challenging and exciting.

My mission is to contribute to the growth of the Company by focusing on the development of new businesses, new industry verticals, new strategic partners and new markets.

After finishing my Business Administration studies in the US twenty years ago, I started a thrilling trip in the consulting and information systems world. Along the way I have been fortunate to participate on many projects, both in ERP implementations, business process definition and finally in CRM implementations. I've been working on Salesforce.com projects since 2003.

Within Salesforce I have managed complex multinational project with up to 14 countries involved, both in Sales, TechSupport and Marketing. In these projects we've taken advantage of the Salesforce impressive standard functionality and enriching it with appexchange applications and. when necessary, integrations with other applications such as ERPs were built.

Salesforce implementation approach let us focus on key business processes. This approach facilitates both communication and common understanding, adds value by optimizing and automating those processes. My duty in S4G is to lead the functional consultants team with primary focus on assuring both quality and customer satisfaction.

Como Ingeniero Informático que soy, desde mis inicios siempre me ha gustado aprender nuevas tecnologías, con el objetivo de tener un desarrollo profesional y visión de negocio lo más completa posible.

Salesforce se cruzó en mi camino en 2014, me sorprendió en cuanto a sus capacidades como CRM y vi que era el momento de centrarse y especializarse en esta plataforma. Desde entonces, estoy implantando proyectos Salesforce con el objetivo de encontrar siempre las mejores soluciones para cada cliente.

Establecer confianza con el equipo, es fundamental para conseguir el éxito de los clientes, el éxito profesional y el personal. Me fascina ver crecer al equipo, intento transmitir mi conocimiento y experiencia, siempre con buen humor y con afán de motivación. I started working in the computer industry 18 years ago and have held a number of positions in different areas from consulting to sales solutions, giving me a good overview of the management challenges facing IT enterprises.
As an ERP systems consultant I had the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes of companies across different industries, from manufacturing to service management, distributors and engineering firms of different sizes.

I led implementation projects for various ERP technologies (Baan, Oracle, Microsoft) and CRM platforms (Siebel, Microsoft) and even migration projects with a more technical component. I later managed both ERP and CRM service areas, closely monitoring best practice delivery and compliance by consulting teams and have been involved in defining inhouse methodologies and processes to deliver on objectives at the level of results and benchmark KPIs.

I am passionate about technology and how it can improve not only business processes to make them more efficient, but also people’s lives, almost always for the better. I am firmly convinced that the greatest asset of a company, and consulting firms in particular, is its people. Managing staff properly directly impacts not just our bottom line but also customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I've worked across a variety of sectors and with numerous clients, which has given me a broad view of the world of IT. I love to analyze and propose solutions, before implementing these in process design. I believe project management is about more than just administration: You only grasp it when you understand the scope; failure to plan is planning to fail, a project's success depends on a solid conception.
My most significant concerns are people, and how they work as a team, this is our greatest asset and the value of what we do. They are the key to our success as a company.

Llevo más de 20 años en el mundo de la consultoría, y durante mi bagaje profesional he tenido la suerte de liderar más de 50 proyectos de transformación digital en los tres grandes sistemas de gestión empresarial: ERP, Business Intelligence y CRM.

Toda esta experiencia, sumada a mi formación académica (soy licenciado en Ciencias Económicas y Master en Dirección de Sistemas de Información y Comunicaciones por la UPM) me ha permitido tener una visión global de compañías en múltiples y diversos sectores: fabricación, distribución, pharma, servicios, marketing, high tech, finanzas, retail, real estate, etc.

Aterricé en el mundo CRM hace nueve años y llevo casi cinco años enamorado del CRM líder mundial indiscutible en cuota de mercado y en innovación. En S4G he liderado 15+ implantaciones, de distintos tamaños, en las distintas nubes o funcionalidades de Salesforce: Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, CPQ, B2B,...

I have developed my professional career in the digital marketing ecosystem, passing through radio, TV and digital media. I'm always trying to provide the latest solutions in each environment, keeping up with ever-changing technologies, which is my ultimate goal.

During my time in banking I was able to develop the first mobile WAP portal allowing customers to request consumer credit from their mobiles, being the first in Spain to offer this service. During my career in the world of TV I managed to implement solutions for downloading ringtones for cell phones even before DRM (Digital Rights Management) existed in this sector, transforming the business channel.

Finally I started down my Salesforce path as Marketing Director at one of the Spanish unicorns, COPADO. What an experience being able to help from its inception, taking them to the next level through strategic alliances and solutions, becoming the best ISV partner in Release Management solutions worldwide. My experience in PSA (Stellantis Group) allowed me to create a COE (center of excellence) in order to help the digital transformation of the company worldwide with more than 7 brands in Salesforce environments, piloting the adoption and development of SFMC as a Strategic Business Architect in order to centralize the global activity of the group for the Marketing area.

I am passionate about digital transformation processes and helping companies that want to get to the next level, focused on multi-cloud solutions, but more specifically on everything related to Marketing.

I am a marketing and psychology professional, with great understanding about the different areas of human behavior. This allows me to have a customer-centric vision when working, in addition to boost the potential of teams to develop themselves and work efficiently.
