After finishing my Business Administration studies in the US twenty years ago, I started a thrilling trip in the consulting and information systems world. Along the way I have been fortunate to participate on many projects, both in ERP implementations, business process definition and finally in CRM implementations. I've been working on Salesforce.com projects since 2003.

Within Salesforce I have managed complex multinational project with up to 14 countries involved, both in Sales, TechSupport and Marketing. In these projects we've taken advantage of the Salesforce impressive standard functionality and enriching it with appexchange applications and. when necessary, integrations with other applications such as ERPs were built.

Salesforce implementation approach let us focus on key business processes. This approach facilitates both communication and common understanding, adds value by optimizing and automating those processes. My duty in S4G is to lead the functional consultants team with primary focus on assuring both quality and customer satisfaction.

I started working in the computer industry 18 years ago and have held a number of positions in different areas from consulting to sales solutions, giving me a good overview of the management challenges facing IT enterprises.
As an ERP systems consultant I had the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes of companies across different industries, from manufacturing to service management, distributors and engineering firms of different sizes.

I led implementation projects for various ERP technologies (Baan, Oracle, Microsoft) and CRM platforms (Siebel, Microsoft) and even migration projects with a more technical component. I later managed both ERP and CRM service areas, closely monitoring best practice delivery and compliance by consulting teams and have been involved in defining inhouse methodologies and processes to deliver on objectives at the level of results and benchmark KPIs.

I am passionate about technology and how it can improve not only business processes to make them more efficient, but also people’s lives, almost always for the better. I am firmly convinced that the greatest asset of a company, and consulting firms in particular, is its people. Managing staff properly directly impacts not just our bottom line but also customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I have developed my professional career in the digital marketing ecosystem, passing through radio, TV and digital media. I'm always trying to provide the latest solutions in each environment, keeping up with ever-changing technologies, which is my ultimate goal.

During my time in banking I was able to develop the first mobile WAP portal allowing customers to request consumer credit from their mobiles, being the first in Spain to offer this service. During my career in the world of TV I managed to implement solutions for downloading ringtones for cell phones even before DRM (Digital Rights Management) existed in this sector, transforming the business channel.

Finally I started down my Salesforce path as Marketing Director at one of the Spanish unicorns, COPADO. What an experience being able to help from its inception, taking them to the next level through strategic alliances and solutions, becoming the best ISV partner in Release Management solutions worldwide. My experience in PSA (Stellantis Group) allowed me to create a COE (center of excellence) in order to help the digital transformation of the company worldwide with more than 7 brands in Salesforce environments, piloting the adoption and development of SFMC as a Strategic Business Architect in order to centralize the global activity of the group for the Marketing area.

I am passionate about digital transformation processes and helping companies that want to get to the next level, focused on multi-cloud solutions, but more specifically on everything related to Marketing.
