Correos Express is the time-critical parcel service of Grupo Correos and has the logistics, technology, organization and people to be leaders in business parcel activities.
Correos Express needed a tool to organise and optimise the sales team to deliver on their growth goals.
In partnership with S4G Consulting, Sales Cloud was implemented for correct distribution of the customer portfolio, visit checks and budgeting from complex pricing models.
The solution allows account executives to prepare budgets at the customer visit from their tablets and apply discounts within certain thresholds, after which approval from managers and executives is needed.
Rise in active customers
We went from an average of 10 days between customer call and first contact to just two days.
And from 37 days from first contact to first effective customer dispatch to just 8 days.
